We are a company specialized in creating Photographic and Authentic Experiences

It was our passion for people, photography, and travel that brought us here.

In May 2019, we made our first Photo Tour through São Paulo’s downtown area, and at the time, our name was SP Photo Tour.

But since the beginning we understood that photography went far beyond learning techniques and taking good shots.
Photography takes us to new places, connects us with different cultures, and makes us see the world with new eyes.

Over time—and the pandemic—we dived headfirst into creating new experiences, such as Photographic Expeditions.

Our first Expedition was to Paraíba. We took people to visit tanneries, small leather workshops, traditional cowboys and experienced sardine fishing with artisanal fishermen before dawn on the coast. Providing more immersive experiences and going beyond tourist spots.

Then came other itineraries, Workshops, Urban Photoshoots, and in 2024 we launched the Clube da Rua, a Photo Club with monthly meetings and a focus on street photography, which is our passion.

Well, 5 years later, we realized that the name no longer fit the size of our experiences. We no longer offered just Photo Tours, and it wasn’t limited to São Paulo anymore.

And that's how ASA 55 was born.

ASA represents the sensitivity to light of photographic films and the freedom to fly and explore new horizons (Asa is also the word for wing in Portuguese).
That's what our experiences are like, an invitation to slow down and connect with the present moment, with people, with life outside, in a more analog way.

55 represents the code of Brazil, our homeland, and our passion for Brazilian popular culture.

ASA 55 is a new film. Filled with new stories that will be told by us, by you, and by everyone who join us on this journey.
